So far always very nice staff, that the products are very well prepared.

The staff there are always very friendly and hard-working. Unfortunately, extra ingredients are often missing on the sandwich or sauces are mixed up.

For the third time in a row, not all of the ingredients, e.g. B. Bread or turkey in stock.

Super friendly and super tasty! It is worthwhile to leave the autobahn! Mega recommendation !!!

Super delicious food, really absolutely great. The young people are very friendly and work there as a piece of work and are completely on their own. In all honesty: I would have thrown the apron at the operator's feet long ago! Maybe he can adjust the workforce to work.

You feel a bit like in a canteen and my bread was a little wrong. Toilets were very clean

It's okay, I like to consume one or two sub. But I think the prices are so high that I think twice about whether to eat there or not.

The staff is super slow and listless. It takes forever to process an order. The employees seem to be in a trance. The peak was reached when a lady dropped cucumbers and almost put them back on the sub. Definitely not back to Subway in Rheinbach

Today at 6:55 p.m. in the subway Rheinbach. 20 minutes in front of the counter, no greeting or something else. The two employees have to fetch and process one Lieferando order after the other. In the meantime, another 6 people stood behind me. We continued to be completely ignored. I left after a little over 20 minutes. Incredibly poor or no customer service

The usual subway selection and quality. Many seats and nice big. Good location.

We have been at the door for over 1 hour because 2 people each need over 20 minutes to get their stuff !!! Are you still comforting?! Sure, I probably have to take the deliveries into account too. But then please prefer those people who are slowly getting sore feet instead of sitting on the couch at home anyway and have something to do !!! Nonsense !!!

Nice and courteous staff. Food is good too. The branch can be expanded a little better. It looks a little empty and something reverberates.

Since the opening, I visit this subway regularly and am satisfied. Quality and value for money are really good. The decor is modern, simple yet functional. Only inappropriate are the glass fronts, which afford insight into the entire subway from the outside. The staff seems to be quite inexperienced in terms of system catering - which is noticeable in peak hours. However, this is compensated with friendliness and humor very appropriate. The prices are reasonable for the location and definitely cheaper than some other subway in the area. Personally, I can definitely recommend this subway to eat a well-occupied sub.

This place is very clean and cozy. Very polite people work there. I, as a foreigner visitor, was pleased that people can speak not only native language, but also English. Five stars for you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
